How do I find a technician?
Go to the marketplace, search by service or location, compare profiles,
reviews, and pricing, then contact or hire the technician directly.
Are technicians verified?
Some technicians go through verification. Always check profiles,
ratings, and reviews before hiring.
How are payments handled?
Payments are agreed directly between the client and technician.
MboaTek may later introduce secure in-platform payments.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. You can download the Android APK to access faster booking,
notifications, and real-time technician requests.
How do I become a technician?
Create a technician account, complete your profile, add services,
and start receiving requests from clients.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact support immediately. You can also report unsafe behavior,
fraud, or disputes via email or WhatsApp support.
