MboaTek connects clients with independent technicians. Services are performed by independent providers, not by MboaTek employees. Users should take reasonable safety precautions before, during, and after any service.
For clients
- Check profile, rating, and verification details where available.
- Agree on scope, price, timing, and materials before work starts.
- Do not pay the full amount upfront unless you fully trust the arrangement.
- Keep valuable items safe before service work begins.
For technicians
- Keep your profile accurate and truthful.
- Confirm request details before traveling.
- Use safe tools and professional procedures.
- Do not accept unsafe or illegal work.
2. High-risk services
Some services may involve electrical systems, water systems, construction work, heights, machinery, gas, sharp tools, or other risks. Only qualified technicians should perform high-risk work.
3. Pricing and payment caution
- Agree on price before the service starts.
- Ask for written confirmation by chat or message when possible.
- Avoid sending money to unknown third parties.
- Be careful with unusual advance payment requests.
4. Emergency situations
MboaTek is not an emergency response service. For fire, serious injury, crime, gas danger, electrical danger, or life-threatening situations, contact local emergency services or competent authorities immediately.
5. Disputes
MboaTek may help users communicate about complaints or service issues, but the client and technician remain responsible for resolving the service agreement between them.
6. Reporting safety issues
If you experience fraud, abuse, unsafe work, harassment, or a serious service issue, contact MboaTek support with relevant details, screenshots, request ID, names, and date.
